  北京1月9日电(杜佳卉)车质网8日发布的《2019年中国汽车轮胎问题实名客诉分析报告》显示,2019年车质网收到的有效投诉信息为88163宗,其中2605宗与轮胎产品相关,轮胎投诉量和故障数量增幅均在20%以上。

BEIJING, Jan.9(Reuters)- A report on the analysis of real-name complaints against China's car tires in 2019, published by Dujiahui's Car Quality Network on Tuesday, showed that the network received 88,163 valid complaints in 2019, of which 2,605 were related to tire products, and the number of tire complaints and the number of failures increased by more than 20 percent.

  报告称,2019年消费者对轮胎产品的投诉呈现以下特征:轮胎投诉量增幅高于整体投诉增幅;投诉轮胎品牌所属国别上,美国品牌、日本品牌、韩国品牌排名前三;开裂问题投诉最集中,占比60%,其次为鼓包和起皮;厂家和经销商判定轮胎问题责任难度大,导致消费者继而追加服务类投诉。

In 2019, consumers complained about tire products with the following characteristics: the increase in tire complaints was higher than the overall increase in the number of complaints; the number of complaints about tire brands in the country ranked the top three in the United States, Japan and South Korea; the number of complaints about cracking was the largest, accounting for 60%, followed by bulging and skin; and the difficulty of manufacturers and dealers in determining the responsibility for tire problems led to consumers'additional service complaints.

  车质网高级副总裁张炤虎表示,在轮胎行业,研发低能源消耗、强耐磨、高安全性轮胎是所有企业的终极目标,但轮胎目前还不可能在滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性上都做到十全十美,此消彼长的指标变化甚至形成了轮胎研发中的“魔鬼三角”定律。

  北京橡胶工业研究设计院教授级高工陈志宏说,改革开放40年间,中国轮胎工业实现了从小到大的长足发展,轮胎子午化率(子午线轮胎占轮胎产量的比率)目前已经达到90%以上,且品种规格较为齐全,配套原材料和工艺装备也达到了较高水平。但目前中国的轮胎产业也正处于转型升级的关键时期,这其中的一个重要趋势就是消费者对轮胎产品在各方面更高的要求。(完)
